Hands-on with an endless machine P1: a futuristic electric scooter that is built for everyday riders

The Infinite Machine debut product seems to have been carved from a steel block in a dystopic future. The design is a courageous, brutalist and non -applied industrial. As the first offer of the product, it makes a great job to secrete people. Where you like the look or not, it is up to you, but you cannot deny that it is a head tournament. So when I had the opportunity to get some practical time with it, I knew I had to jump on it.

And after just an hour of driving on P1 Surround NYC, I can confidently say that this thing will change my head for good reason. It’s fast, futuristic and fun. It’s just the first impression, but I’ll have it for a long time – so stay tuned to a depleper dive and a complete review. Let’s talk about my experience for now.

Specifications

Let’s start with all the specifications on paper, so you can see what we are dealing with. With P1 likes it a lot because you get:

If you see it all, it could be almost stunning – strength, technology, modular features. But as soon as you are, P1 is highly accessible. Everything is integrated and easy to use, even for someone who has little or no experience in driving on this type of vehicle. It is designed to feel City swing from the first day trouble -free.

Experienced experience

As I mentioned at the beginning, I only had an hour with the vehicle, so that’s my first impression. I managed to test two of the three drive modes: ECO and normal. There is also a sports mode and a boost speed that I will test in my full review. When navigating to NYC streets, I got about 35 to 40 mph. I thought this environment was fantastic to see that it would be because it is what is the target customer P1. Someone who lives in a densely populated city, but still has to travel several kilometers a day and does not want to be stuck in operation or public transport such as metro and jets. We drove through the streets filled with potholes, unpaved sections, cobbled streets and cars that were twice parking everywhere and P1 did it all with ease. The front and rear suspension smoked everything and I never felt as if I were losing control, even above the whole urban terrain.

One thing I denied after a while is that it is fully electric, the ride is dead. No engine noise, no hum, only wind and cities sounds. It seemed to me to slide through the streets that made the ride even more absorbing and incredible.

Technical experience

For me, technology is half the selling points like this. Race, driving quality is extremely important, but used to Tesla management, I want my technical experience to be direct and work. P1 does it and does it exceptionally well. Everything is controlled from Infinite Machine. I couldn’t use it on my own phone, but they showed me how it all works, and if you are familiar with Tesla, you will feel at home. The application allows:

  • Use your phone as a key
  • Add more riders
  • Set up a service
  • Access to the built -in front and rear cameras
  • Get alerts of theft and triggers of alarms
  • Receive air updates freely

The application allows everything and beautifully synchronizes with a 7 -inch touch screen on P1 itself. The display feels like a mini carplay hub, sensitive, clean and easy to navigate.

One thing I have noticed is that the speaker under the display is quite quiet. As the ride is, the more robust built -in speaker system would be amazing. The endless machine is already working on the Bluetooth speaker accessory that could scratch this itch.

Safety and security measures

They thought of everything. It has self -spacked functions that hire when they are not enhanced. If someone accumulates with it, you get a warning, the siren goes out and the vehicle locks down through the engine locks and front wheels. It even records a video using its dual cameras, a great victory for security and peace of mind. Kickstand and Park mode deactivate the throttle so you can’t randomly start plugging P1. I would feel confident when I parked it outside and wasn’t afraid he would stole him. If they can load it somehow, it has LTE connection, so I will always be white, that it is. It even has a backup power supply if the battery is removed to power all controls and functions P1.

Last Take

The endless P1 machine is a very cool and unique -looking electronic score that checks most boxes that people would like on a top and premium electric scooter. It is a courageous, technologically controlled, designer-stop and urban mobit that seems to add.

Yes, it’s the first days. Yes, it’s a startup. Yes, this is an initial price of $ 10,000. But if it’s their first swing? I am excited to see what will happen next. As I said, I will have a complete review soon when I get a chance to actually live with P1 and see what it is like to use daily.
